The Kingston
PURPOSE:
The purpose of the Kingston Express Association is to develop foot ferry
service between
FOCUS: The initial focus is to replace the
Aqua-Express. The Kingston Express Association
will consider a range of concepts, analyze alternatives, and prepare a Kingston
Community Foot Ferry Development Plan.
MEMBERSHIP: Full membership is open to all former regular
two-way riders of the Aqua-Express.
Associate members are welcome and may include members of the
VOTING:
All full members are eligible to vote for a board of directors.
GOVERNANCE:
A five person board of directors is elected annually by the members, who select
among themselves a president, vice-president and secretary.
